Initiate Your Request
Log into your Bata account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack the Footwear
Place the unworn shoes in their original Bata box and secure them inside a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
